Tom is knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He arrived on time and ended the tour on time, and covered the most interesting spots in Dubrovnik. We were his third group for the day but he was still full of energy. He entertained all our questions and even made recommendations on what to do/where to shop after our tour. He even took us to a souvenir shop and let us take pictures on the Iron Throne for free! Highly recommended!
