More Dubrovnik GOT locations revealed!

The new trailer for the Game of Thrones Season 5 has just been released at Apple Watch Event few hours ago! It features few fantastic Dubrovnik locations, my personal favorite being the Jesuit staircase in the Old Town of Dubrovnik.

The trailer opens with the huge panorama of King’s Landing, which is actually somewhat rearranged and CGI enhanced/enlarged Old Town of Dubrovnik (aka ‘Dubrovnik on steroids’:-)) and follows with a brief image of Cersei exiting her litter (at Gundulic Square in Dubrovnik). As the trailer continues with the Danerys’ line about breaking the wheel in the background at 0:16 we can see the Sparrows breaking the barrels (at St Margaret street). Another iconic Dubrovnik location is reserved for the dramatic scene at 1:00 when Tommen and his Kingsguard are stopped by the Sparrows at Jesuit staircase. The dynamism is further accentuated with two lines by the High Sparrow: “You are the few, we are the many!” and “We serve the Gods and the Gods demand justice!” one uttered prior the mentioned scene and the other immediately after.

Season 5 is coming! 12 April is only 5 weeks from now…
